Charlie's First Bath

My little man got his first bath(from me) on Monday! I figured since he always tried to jump in with me when I was in the shower that he would enjoy one all by himself. So I filled up the bathtub with a little water for him to stand and play in, but when I put him in and started putting water on him he began to whimper. He was so adorable all wet, he looks so much bigger when he is dry because he has such fluffy hair. My cousin(Johnny) said to put SoGlo(from the movie "Coming to America") in his hair to make it really shiny and curly, but I kinda like the afro look! As I attempted to wash him, he was trying to jump out of the tub splashing water everywhere. I swear you would think he was a big dog with the mess he made. None the less he is all clean and smells like a sweet little pup. He actually smells like lavender but I don't tell him that because he is a tough boy, or just acts like one!

Holiday Fun

I hope everyone had a great Christmas! Last night my dear friend Emily had a little gathering at her house with some friends. It was nice to see everyone because I don't see them nearly as often as I would like. We had a great time snacking on Chex Mix or maybe that was just me, and talking about school, life, and our future plans! I need to say thanks to Lea for telling me that my camera should only flash once, not three times! We even got a good laugh at Emmy's troubles from New Year's Eve last year! Now we just need to make plans for this New Year's Eve! Nick's Road House is out of the plans for sure! I still think a girls New Year's Eve is the best idea yet! No boys = No drama! My idea is to party all night long at my sister's house(dad's). There we won't have anyone to bother us, we can sing, dance, laugh, cry, and DRINK! So girls, get ready to party like the stars and ring in the new year together!

~Final Shopping Days~

Today is one of the last days for Christmas shopping and like most guys, they will be swarming the stores to find the perfect gift. I, unfortunately will be joining them. I still have no clue what to get my sister. Its not that she is so hard to find something for, but she has everything she needs or wants. I must say, I have never been a procrastinator until I went to College, after that, everything went DOWN HILL. Now, I wait until the very last minute to get everything done. But, at least I can say I am not the only one, my best friend Emily isn't done either! So that makes me feel a little better! Thanks Emmy! Has anyone been to a Wal-Mart lately? Oh my goodness, that place is a mad house. I wasn't even buying Christmas gifts, just everyday needs and I had to wait about 30 minutes to check out. So this is a message hoping that everyone who reads this is done with their Christmas shopping and gets to relax while Emmy and I go crazy in the Holiday RUSH.

Early Christmas Present

Friday night I was laying on the couch and my mom walked in the living room and was just looking at me, I thought it was because I was in her favorite spot, so I go Hiii, but she just kept looking at me. Then I see something moving in her arms...OH MY GOODNESS~ you got me a puppy. I jumped up to grab him. He is so precious, all black with curly hair. He is 9 weeks old and bites really hard. Oh, he is a toy poodle! After 3 days of debating names~ I finally decided on Charlie. Actually, Charlie fit the best out of all the names, because our other dogs are; Chloe and Chelsea, and my cat is Cherokee. Can you imagine calling all the animals in from outside~ Chloe, Chelsea, Cherokee, Charlie?!?! Oh my, what were we thinking. Charlie will move back to C-bus with me in 2 weeks and live with me, my 9 other roommates, and a Chihuahua named Jack. That is certainly a full house!

Charlie was able to come to the Fell Family Christmas party on Sat. and everyone just adored him, especially the kids. All I have to say is, thank you to my cousins for making him so warn out that he slept the whole night!!! He showed up in the party in his new Harley Davidson t-shirt because he doesn't care for his fleece I got him. He is just like a kid, cries when he doesn't like something!!!

Fell Family Christmas Party

I am really excited because tomorrow Dec 17, 2005 is our annual Fell Family Christmas gathering. It is one of the few times that the whole family gets together and enjoys each other's company, and maybe a few presents! I must admit, I haven't gone shopping yet, but I left that up to my wonderful sister(Nicki) this year since she didn't' have to work today! She keeps calling me to ask me what should I get this person and that person. I wish I had some brilliant idea of what a 7, 10, 13, and 14 year old wants, but I don't ~so my suggestion is to call them and ask!!!! There's an idea! Every year we have new "ones" show up at Christmas, ya know the younger group who isn't married but are dating and bring their new "interest." I must say, I stay pretty consistent year after year! Every year we play games because my gram and sister are BIG gamblers and every year I seem to leave more broke. By the time the nights over, we are all laughing because we have so many joksters in the family~especially Johnny and Uncle Bill! Christmas is also one of the times where I get to see my pops~ he lives in Charlotte, NC. working for Nascar so I don't get to see him nearly as much as I would like too. He was suppose to be in Key West but decided to come home for a COLD Christmas....I mean who seriously wants to spend Christmas in the warm sun swimming and laying by the pool? OH yeah~I WOULD!
